Project Overview
The [City] industrial facility project involved the full demolition of a 118,000 SF manufacturing building, including structural steel salvage and complete site clearing across 5.8 acres. Mako Services was contracted to take the structure from operational condition to a cleared, shovel-ready pad.
The size and steel-heavy construction of the facility required systematic deconstruction sequencing to safely salvage usable material before mechanical demo began. Our team coordinated debris hauling and salvage logistics simultaneously to keep the project moving. At closeout, 94 tons of structural steel had been recovered and the site was fully cleared.
