Project Overview
The [City] commercial facility project involved complete above-grade demolition of a 42,000 SF structure slated for ground-up redevelopment. Mako Services was brought in to handle all structural demolition, concrete removal, and debris hauling — clearing the site on schedule ahead of the GC’s mobilization date.
The structure presented typical challenges for a building of its age — mixed materials, slab-on-grade foundations, and tight site access for haul trucks. Our crew worked in close coordination with the general contractor to sequence the teardown without impacting adjacent operations. The site was cleared, graded, and turned over clean.
